| What is Heysham Neighbourhood Council | |

| HNC consists of all residents over the age of 18 and permanently residing in the area covered by the electoral wards of Heysham North,South and Central( the 'Neighbourhood'), or any such areas deemed by the vagaries of local politics to be 'Heysham'. A more detailed explanation of the Council's structure and function is available in the Constitution The Executive Committee is the elected body appointed by ballot to assist in the management of the Council's business. A more in depth view of the Exec's role is to be found in the pages of the Constitution. If you are interested in taking a more active part in the Council, either by serving on the Committee, or using a special skill on one of our sub committees, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. | |
