| It's certainly an ever-present topic right now, and as in every other area of life, Heysham Neighbourhood Council has to keep a watchful eye on it's finances. HNC is a self funding body, and relies heavily for it's continued existence and presence in the Community to funds raised by car boot sales! These in turn rely very heavily on good weather! | |
